Monsieur CLAIRET est un professionnel très compétent et très arrangeant. En difficulté avec ma chaudière en ce début de saison hivernale, et contacté pour une éventuelle intervention de dépannage, il m'a donné par téléphone une petite check-list de points à vérifier et de petites manipulations à effectuer en vue de faire fonctionner correctement ma chaudière. Ses précieux conseils ont été très utiles puisque ma chaudière a démarré parfaitement et n'a plus connu de problèmes par la suite. Plutôt que de profiter pour facturer une intervention à tout prix, Monsieur CLAIRET a pris de son temps pour m'aider à résoudre mon problème par moi-même. Il existe encore des gens consciencieux et qui privilégie le service rendu à la volonté de faire du chiffre.
